Personal Family Lawyer is a companion company to New Law Business Model. While NLBM trains lawyers in another way to do business, PFL® helps them market their business to prospective clients once they’re up and running.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager is the hands-on executor and project manager of marketing initiatives for the Personal Family Lawyer (PFL®) company, charged with driving qualified leads, elevating brand presence, and delivering measurable revenue impact. Reporting to the General Manager, this role creates and executes campaigns that deliver KPIs, project manages the team, reports, and analyzes data while reflecting the values and culture of the organization. This position should be comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment. This position requires availability that aligns with Mountain Time operating hours and occasional evening availability for live virtual webinars, regardless of applicant location.

Key Responsibilities
Execution & Delivery
Create and execute end-to-end funnel and campaign development—from ideation and creative briefing through copy and asset creation, launch, A/B testing, conversion, and optimization.
Leverage direct response best practices, SEO, and GEO, to develop content (emails, case studies, newsletters, video, social) that captures the hearts and minds of audiences and accelerates the buyer’s journey to conversion.
Leverage AI to increase efficiency and leverage your expertise to ensure accuracy, voice, and tone
Create funnel messaging, emails, SMS, webpages, socials, and affiliate needs to attract Prospects, convert Prospects into MQLs, and convert Prospects into SQLs.
Ensure brand voice, visual identity, and messaging consistency across all marketing touch points.
Project Management & Operational Impact
Project manage a distributed team across multiple time zones to ensure campaign plans are actioned, leveraging Asana, proactive communications and meetings so that plans are seamlessly executed and deliver results aligned with our KPIs and goals.
Develop timelines, work directly with team members to achieve deadlines, reporting, and KPIs, and support driving a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous learning.
Communications & Collaboration
Track and present weekly, monthly and quarterly marketing performance metrics, highlighting lead generation volume & quality, booked calls, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
Introduce data-driven hypotheses, A/B testing, and iterative improvements
Partner with Sales and Lawyer Management teams to refine avatar-focused messaging, campaign timing, and feedback loops that help marketing drive revenue outcomes

Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in an entrepreneurial start-up organization with demonstrated integrated marketing campaign results, including lead generation, social media engagement, customer engagement, and conversion into sales.
Must be an exceptional project manager for projects and teams
Ability to use AI-based tools in a responsible, quality-assured manner with SEO and GEO.
Experience using Canva or similar marketing asset creation platforms.
Asana experience is preferred
Live Launch experience is preferred
HubSpot experience is preferred
