New Law Business Model (NLBM), a rapidly growing online training company, is looking for driven, professional, and performance-oriented business strategists to empower and support our community of heart-centered and relational Estate Planning lawyers. As part of our membership program, every lawyer receives personalized, strategic, and accountability-focused coaching support. 

That’s where you come in - as a Contract Law Business Success Coach (independent contractor), you’ll play a vital role in supporting attorneys as they implement our systems and strategies. You’ll help them stay on track toward their goals and key milestones as they turn their law practices into thriving businesses that they love, with streamlined operations, consistent cash flow, and measurable success.

This is a remote independent contractor opportunity, offering flexible scheduling and autonomy over how services are delivered, consistent with agreed-upon performance outcomes. This role is perfect for the experienced business coach and strategist who loves coaching but prefers to focus on their clients’ results and transformation rather than marketing and selling their services. • Has proven experience coaching entrepreneurs in business and marketing strategy, guiding clients through both strategic vision and operational execution.

• Can generally allocate approximately 20 hours per week to this engagement, depending on roster size and deliverables.

Required / Preferred Technical Skills

• 3–5 years of professional coaching experience focused on business, marketing, or entrepreneurial growth.

• Proficiency with online tools and CRM/project management platforms (e.g., Asana, HubSpot).

• Strong virtual communication skills via Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.

• Working knowledge of business operations, marketing strategy, and client lifecycle fundamentals.

• Financial literacy, including comfort discussing key metrics and performance data.

• Excellent organization and time management in a remote, multi-project environment.

• Clear, confident written and verbal communication for both coaching and team collaboration.
  

Compensation

Compensation is paid on a per-member and/or per-project basis, consistent with the scope and terms outlined in the independent contractor agreement. After a paid training and onboarding period, Contract Law Business Success Coaches are compensated at an approximate rate of $120 per active member per month, which includes coaching calls, documentation, and related support activities within the scope of the engagement.

The total compensation range for a full roster of members typically falls between $2,400 – $7,200 per month, depending on roster size, member volume, and project scope. Additional bonuses or commissions may be available as defined in the contractor agreement or program terms.

This engagement operates under a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) model. Contractors are responsible for providing and maintaining their own computer, internet connection, and other equipment necessary to perform services under this engagement. Minimum technical requirements include a reliable computer with at least 16GB RAM and a stable internet connection suitable for virtual coaching sessions.
