Remote HubSpot guru needed to audit, automate & optimize our CRM—own workflows, integrations, and data quality for a nimble team to lead member success at a fast-growing, mission-driven company!
Job description
About Us:
New Law Business Model is on a mission to transform how legal, financial, insurance, and tax (LIFT) decisions are made. That strategy creates a structure so that families are protected, businesses grow with integrity, and future generations thrive. We train and support lawyers to become Personal Family Lawyers®—trusted advisors who lead with heart, clarity, and strategic guidance. Our proven, purpose-driven approach replaces outdated, transactional legal models with one rooted in connection, service, and sustainability. As a 100% remote, values-driven company, we prioritize ownership, growth, and courageous communication in how we show up every day. We’re not just changing the law—we’re redefining how meaningful work gets done. If you’re looking to be part of a team that embraces those values, we’d love to meet you!
Position Overview:
We’re searching for a HubSpot wizard and data‑savvy self‑starter who can transform ideas into automated, scalable processes. You’ll partner with leaders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Service to architect clean data structures, build smart automations, and keep our CRM humming. If you love owning projects end‑to‑end—strategizing, configuring, testing, and training—this role was made for you.
Job requirements
Key Outcomes:
First 30 Days
Conduct a technical audit of the Leads pipeline and full Sales journey—review workflows, properties, and integrations end‑to‑end.
Produce a gap analysis and action plan that outlines how to activate under‑utilized enterprise features (lead scoring, sequences, custom reports, etc.).
Deliver at least two quick‑win fixes from the audit to demonstrate immediate value.
First 60 Days
Scope and launch one high‑impact HubSpot implementation project (e.g., nurture workflow, advanced dashboard, or integration enhancement) prioritized by business need—ownership from design through deployment.
Document the solution, testing results, and business impact; present findings to stakeholders.
First 90 Days
Become the primary thought partner for HubSpot strategy—own the enhancement backlog and advise leadership on roadmap trade‑offs.
Proactively bring forward viable, data‑driven solutions (not just ideas) that remove bottlenecks and improve revenue workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on HubSpot architecture—help define property conventions, lifecycle stages, and pipeline design alongside the Senior HubSpot Owner, with the opportunity to take on greater ownership as needs evolve.
Design and maintain workflows, automations, and data quality rules that eliminate manual work and unlock revenue scale.
Translate business requirements into clear HubSpot roadmaps and actionable deliverables—turning ideas into shipping automations, integrations, and reports.
Manage integrations with Kixie, Sakari, Google Workspace, Zapier, custom APIs, and reverse‑ETL pipelines (Census) feeding BigQuery.
Build actionable dashboards & reports for executives and frontline teams; champion data‑driven decision‑making.
Support HubSpot Payments (product library, subscription management, payment links) and advise on revenue operations best practices.
Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide on‑demand support, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day performance.
Train and enable teams, translating technical concepts into plain language and clear SOPs.
**Stay on top of HubSpot product releases, evaluate relevance, and build a clear business case for adopting features that solve pressing business challenges
Key Performance Indicators:
The success of this role will be measured through the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), tracked on a monthly and quarterly basis. Performance metrics will be reviewed with the Director of Information Technology and the cross-functional team members during quarterly planning sessions.
KPIs will be assessed and adjusted on a quarterly basis to reflect actual performance, evolving business needs, and external market trends. Any changes will be discussed collaboratively between the employee and leadership to ensure continued alignment with company goals.
Quick‑Win Delivery: Ship at least one meaningful automation or data clean‑up win each month that tangibly reduces manual work.
Workflow Reliability: Keep critical workflows running with < 2 % error rate (monitored via HubSpot history logs).
Proactive Recommendations: Present one data‑backed improvement proposal per quarter that aligns with revenue or efficiency goals.
Qualifications:
Bring 3+ years of deep, hands‑on HubSpot experience across multiple hubs.
Are fluent in CRM architecture, complex automations, and API‑driven integrations.
Have production experience with Census (or similar reverse‑ETL) and Google BigQuery.
Speak both tech and business—able to explain automation logic to non‑technical stakeholders.
Excel at creating documentation (ScribeHow or similar) and keeping it current.
Have a solutions‑first mindset, juggling multiple stakeholders without losing focus.
Communicate clearly in remote, asynchronous environments.
Prefer service‑based industries like law, coaching, or consulting (nice bonus!).
Technical Skills:
HubSpot Payments expertise (recurring billing, subscription links).
Experience with text/call platforms (Kixie, Sakari).
Multi‑business‑unit or advanced segmentation chops.
Asana or ClickUp project management proficiency.
Technical project‑management credentials (Agile/Scrum).
HubSpot CMS development skills.
