Job description

Join Us as a Business Success Coach: Shape the Future of Law Firms with Innovation and Heart!

Are you passionate about making a difference and helping businesses thrive? As a rapidly growing, 100% online training company, we’re looking for a driven, professional, and performance-oriented Business Success Coach to empower and support our community of heart-centered lawyers.

At New Law Business Model (NLBM), our Law Business Success Coaches play a vital role in transforming law practices into thriving business enterprises. With our proven systems and guidance, you’ll help lawyers implement strategic approaches that result in streamlined operations, consistent cash flow, and measurable success. They bring the desire and passion; we provide the roadmap. You’ll ensure they stay on track, hitting key milestones and performance indicators and ultimately, achieve success.

As part of our membership program, every lawyer receives personalized, strategic and accountability-focused support. That’s where you come in: you’ll guide and mentor attorneys as they implement our systems, turning their law practices into successful businesses.

Why Join Us?

We currently have a talented team of 9 coaches and are looking to expand as we continue to serve more lawyers aiming to elevate their practices and impact. This role is perfect for experienced business and strategy coaches who love coaching but prefer to focus on results and transformation rather than client acquisition. With over 500 law firms licensed as Personal Family Lawyer (PFL) firms across the U.S., and many more earning this prestigious designation each year, you’ll have a meaningful impact on countless lawyers and their clients.

As a Law Business Success Coach, you’ll enjoy the freedom and flexibility to manage your schedule while benefiting from proven systems, coaching materials, and being part of a collaborative, supportive team.

Who We Are

For over a decade, NLBM has empowered lawyers to break free from outdated and inefficient models. We’ve developed and refined a system that enables lawyers to reclaim control of their income, calendars, and lives, all while creating fulfilling and profitable law practices. As a 100% virtual company, we provide cutting-edge business strategies and relational coaching that allows our clients to thrive both professionally and personally.

Job requirements

We Are Looking for a Business Success Coach Who:

  • Has strong coaching experience with an emphasis on business and marketing strategy, and is skilled at guiding clients through both the strategic and operational sides of growing a business while also possessing a high level of relational intelligence.

  • Is eager to learn and implement our proven systems, supporting members to achieve their highest level of success by following our approach.

  • Is comfortable with financial discussion and adept at helping clients navigate business financial strategies, investments, money mindset challenges, and related stressors.

  • Is positive and encouraging, yet direct, with the ability to help members move forward in their business while managing the growing pains and challenges that come with building a successful practice.

  • Excels at building rapport with clients, quickly identifying where they’re stuck and what actions they need to take to move forward, while making the process feel engaging and achievable. You don’t need to create the process—our systems are in place—but your insights and suggestions for improvement will be valued.

  • Is professional, organized, and dependable, with a track record of managing responsibilities in a timely, detail-oriented manner, especially in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.

  • Is highly self-managed, with the ability to prioritize tasks, juggle multiple projects, and keep track of future needs without losing focus.

  • Is tech-savvy and can quickly pick up online project management tools and CRM software, as this is a 100% virtual position. Strong technological competence is essential.

  • Is passionate about making a tangible impact, working for a company that delivers real results for clients who, in turn, create significant positive changes in their communities.

  • Understands the importance of relationality, recognizing that the true success of our work comes from who we—and our clients—are being, just as much as what we’re doing.

  • Is adaptable, coachable, and open to feedback, with a willingness to evolve your coaching approach and skills in line with our proven methodologies.

  • Is collaborative and a team player, ready to contribute to the success of the entire coaching team and make a meaningful impact on our members’ lives.

  • Can commit at least 25 hours per week to this role.

  • Does not need legal expertise, but has substantial knowledge of business strategy and can apply it effectively in coaching.

  • Bonus points if you have knowledge of online marketing strategies that can be practically applied, including how to understand marketing and performance metrics.

  • Above all, you love to see people succeed, overcome challenges and transform their lives by restructuring their business and implementing innovative strategies.

  • You come to us with references to confirm your ability to thrive in this type of role.

  • You are based in the U.S. or Canada.

Compensation

After a paid training period, Law Business Success Coaches can make up to $65,000 as a base salary with a full roster of coaching clients working part-time.
