In this role, you’d own the platform that provides our multi-year subscription customers a way to build and grow a tech-enabled business they love and can run with ease, as well as the internal technical ecosystem we use to run all our business operations.

What we’ll expect from you and what you'll be doing:


  • Owning our Accelerator Product platform, a collection of off-the-shelf technologies e.g. inbound digital marketing automation, practice/business management, scheduling software, etc. that we integrate and configure at scale for our niche market customers/members (members/subscribers) to efficiently manage their sales, marketing, and service delivery, and serving as the platform Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a variety of groups (our Sales and Marketing teams, Member Experience, Subscribers, etc.).

  • Continuously improving our internal and external business operations by using automation, workflow enhancements, etc. to create efficiencies throughout the organization.

  • Evolving our Accelerator product as well as our internal technical ecosystem / infrastructure for long-term scalability, security, and employee and member satisfaction as the need for changes to infrastructure, systems, updates, etc. arise.

  • Leading the teams that use existing SOPs to set up and support (customer service, technical troubleshooting, or more advanced configuration) members’ and employees’ systems.

  • Leveraging your strong organizational skills to maintain all internal and external documentation.

  • Troubleshooting issues that are escalated to you by your team.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Job requirements

  • A strong understanding and high learning aptitude for software that runs sales, operations, digital marketing automation, legal practice management software, and integrations.

  • Strong B2B service delivery, project leadership, and management experience required.

  • Lifelong learner constantly seeking to grow both personally and professionally

  • Familiarity with law, coaching, (or similar) practices) is helpful.

  • Understanding of product marketing (especially B2B subscription or productized services) as well as digital marketing and websites, with some and minimum five years experience with operational infrastructure around funnels, webinars, drip emails, sales scheduling, account management software ideal.

  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Bachelor’s degree with business emphasis preferred, but not required.

Base salary of $140K-$190K depending on skills, years of relevant experience, performance, certifications, etc. plus bonus based on growth, customer retention, and CSAT, as well as the generous benefits listed above.
